Welcome to White Star Resources (“White Star” or the "Company”).

White Star is an ASX listed resource exploration company (ASX: WSR) focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of copper-gold projects in the stable, pro-mining Atacama region of Northern Chile. 

White Star has an experienced Board of Directors and senior management team of mining professionals. The Company has  administrative and operational bases established in Chile; in the capital Santiago and the mining centres of Copiapo and Vallenar. White Star is well positioned to take advantage of new project opportunities while exploring its current project portfolio.

In May 2011, White Star Resources (“White Star” or the “Company”) entered into a Technical Services Agreement with Sandfire Resources NL (“Sandfire”).  Under the terms of the Technical Services Agreement, Sandfire will provide ongoing technical advice and support in relation to exploration activities of the Company.  In addition Sandfire will have the right whilst a holder of 10% or greater equity interest in the Company to:

• Maintain its equity interest in the event of any future capital raisings by the Company;
• A first right of refusal to purchase 70% of any future minerals produced from the Company’s projects on commercial arms length terms; and
• Nominate two Directors to join the Board of White Star.
